A parcel arrive through Global Shipping to Pitney Bowes in USA on 1st September but no further tracking and the buyer is still waiting for the parcel. How can I contact the courier and speak to a real person and not AI

·1 week agoYou can't. You can only wait until your buyer opens an item not received and then contact Ebay saying parcel is lost.
It's up to Ebay to sort it out as you are protected against lost items through GSP.
