Courier delayed delivery, buyer happy: Defect removal help
Hi everyone, I am facing an issue with a late shipment defect on an order shipped via DPD UK. The item was dispatched on time, but the delivery was delayed due to the courier. However, the buyer was fully satisfied and left positive feedback. My DPD UK tracking information clearly verifies the dispatch. Could someone please guide me on how to get this late shipment defect removed? Thank you for your help.

·2 weeks agoClick on eBay Help at the top of the page and enter - Appeal a defect or late delivery. You will get the info you need. I'd give you the direct link but ebay are delaying replies with links on them.
