Combined postage
Hi Everyone,
I wondered if anyone has had an issue where a buyer has won multiple items but when they've gone to pay the items have not combined into one package to reduce postage? And, if so, how did you resolve it?
I have a buyer who won 2 items and this problem occurred, but it hasn't occurred with other buyers.

·1 month agoIf the buyer buys the items at the same time, putting each in their basket (on a PC, not the app) they should be automatically combined. If they are bought separately they will not be combined but you can just send them together anyway although the second one will be untracked.
If you open the original prepaid label (click on Get prepaid label) that should mark the item as dispatched. The label will remain unused. and if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days. Payment for the untracked item may be held for 14 days.
The alternative would be to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.
