Combined order posted and received problem
Summary: jokeys1810 mistakenly combined two orders into one package and is unable to mark the second order as dispatched on eBay, despite the customer receiving and being satisfied with the package. **peaseblossom** advised marking the item as dispatched by printing a prepaid label, which won't be used, and mentioned that the buyer's payment for the label would be refunded automatically in 30 days.
I combined two orders into one parcel. Made the mistake that one should have been a simple delivery parcel, instead I sent
them both in one 1st class Royal mail package. Then could not mark the 2nd parcel as dispatched. Spent a whole morning going round and round the ebay
system looking for way to mark the item as dispatched. NOTHING! Customer has received the package ; left feedback and is well happy
with both items. However the 2nd parcel now is marked as overdue. How can I get this resolved.?

The label will remain unused and assuming the buyer paid for it they will be refunded automatically in 30 days. You cannot change the tracking so the payment for the untracked item may be held for 14 days.
