Advice please. Ive asked twice for collection of parcel to be sent to a buyer ,but it hasn't been collected yet, it says they will collect on normal post delivery, my delivery isnt every day . What should I do as I haven't access to printer

·3 weeks agoCan you take the item to the Post Office, if not too heavy ?
Then, you can take a photo of that code take that to the PO they will print the postage label from it.
Or, you can buy your own postage at the PO, but you will not be able to add that new tracking. Should a case for item not received be opened later, you will be able to add the tracking to the case details.
Here your payout would be held for 14 days.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
