Changing the size on a prepaid label

Have eBay removed this feature? It was the only thing that truly made the postage process simple, and yet on today's sales it's gone? I don't often have to change the size but sometimes an item is unexpectedly slightly overweight or oversized after it's been packed, and that's saved me on numerous occasions. This time I contacted ebay and all they suggested was to cancel the sale and ask the buyer to buy again with correct postage - I thought ebay these days was all about making the customer's experience stress-free? That's one way to lose a buyer and get negative feedback!
If they are going to generate a label before an item has been packed, at least give us the option to amend it and save the sale! (On this occasion I had to be inventive with my packing, I managed it but it certainly was not simple)

·2 weeks ago · EditedSo when you click on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon you're not getting: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything".
ebay have said:
"If you used the recommended parcel size when listing your item and it exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, you won’t be charged any additional costs. Just go ahead and use the Simple Delivery postage label. The courier will accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service. If you didn't use the recommended parcel size and your item is exceeding the maximum size and/or weight of the label, you should cancel the transaction and relist with correct postage, or pay for the postage yourself."
