Changing parcel weight, missing option...

I'm sending a parcel and need to change the postage as the total weight is above 2kg. The only options I have are medium parcel 1kg - 2kg then 5kg to 10kg, there's no option for 2kg - 5kg... Why is this missing?

Ebay is basically following what the carriers offer.

Royal Mail doesn't have a 2-5Kg weight band, only 2-10Kg.

So it should say 2 - 10 then, not 5 - 10 kg.

Ah sorry, I missed that bit in your post. Yes, it should be showing 2-10Kg.
