cant post to this address via royal mail prepaid
cant post a parcel via royal mail from worcester to london. says cant post to this location. other parcels in the uk have been posted no problem but i cant generate the postage label for this order. customer service was useless basicaly said i must be doing something wrong

I am getting this message for a parcel to go via Click & Collect to go to what seems to be a Post Office in Essex, I suspect that Royal Mail is causing the problem with their system in some way saying the PO is not able to take parcels.
EBay customer services would not be able to see the problem, because it does not occur until an attempt is made to print the label, which I don't think they could replicate without escalating the issue to someone who has access that enables them to attempt to print a label.
At the moment I am working on the assumption it is at temporary glitch and hoping that is rectifies itself by Tuesday which is the latest date I can post the parcel.

·Sep 18, 2026 at 6:06 PMI wonder, is it a Post Office located in a TG Jones store several of which are currently being closed? There are 2 stores in Essex closing this month and 1 at the beginning of next month.

·Sep 18, 2026 at 6:49 PMJust checked using the post code Simple Delivery gives and it is a stand alone Post Office and is still shown as being in existence on the Royal Mail website.

had this twice and it can be over ruled with posting label generated.
