Can't edit tracking number
Hi,
I posted out my item and buyer received it the next day. However not sure how I managed it, but another label was generated by royal mail and that is now uploaded as the tracking no, so of course it shows as not delivered yet but it has. I checked the tracking no on original label and it was delivered by Royal Mail. I can't edit tracking no. Any suggestions or should I wait to speak with someone from ebay support tomorrow?

·3 weeks agoThe item was listed with eBay's Simple Delivery which is now mandatory for items over £20. You would have been provided with a prepaid label/QR code to use.
You will still be paid but will have to wait 14 days from date of sale for the payment to be released (subject to any additional holds) since you didn't use the label provided (I assume you bought your own label separately?). The buyer will be refunded for the cost of the unused label.
