you as the buyer have no control over postage. There are no eBay postal services you couple use.
Either the item is listed with eBay simple delivery (which might be unlikely for furniture) and the seller posts using the label supplied or they have assigned their own postage costs and options to the listing and will ship using that service.

You can arrange your own courier to pick it up and deliver it to you. Search for a nationwide courier company.
