So I just won an auction that I though can be shipped to my location, I remember reading a message that said it can be sent in the postage. I don't remember what it said exactly but I bid for the item and won. On the ebay payment page it says to change my address or contact the seller.I contacted the seller who said they can ship to my address but cannot change anything about the listing. How can I pay for my item? Thank you.Thank you
