BEWARE Royal Mail Parcel Lockers
My parcel was 10 cm so I bought a Small Packet label but when I took it to the Parcel Locker it would not fit in the Small Packet space which it turns out is to fit a laptop. Funny that. I chose a Medium space so there will be a surcharge. There used to be ways to complain about business crookery like this but no longer; all we've got is Social Media to rant on: there are no national or local government bodies interested in this sort of thing.

The locker spaces don’t match the various parcel dimensions exactly, it won’t have any bearing on how it is processed through their network. If it’s within 45x35x16cm and under 2kg it’s still a small parcel regardless of the size of locker space that was available to store it.
