Can anyone confirm that eBay are actually refunding buyers for unused Simple Delivery labels? If so, were you the buyer or seller? And how was the buyer notified that they were being/had been refunded? And how long did it take? Only I sold 2 items to the same buyer 5 weeks ago, but they checked out twice, so paid postage twice. The items easily fit in one parcel so, based on the advice posted on this forum (on multiple posts), I packaged them together, produced both labels but only use...

The examples where the refund has not happened (that I am aware of) is where the advice posted here was followed to still produce the unused labels to mark them as dispatched. An educated guess would say that is the problem then.If the seller produces the Simple Delivery label then it will not be refunded, even if never scanned. Perhaps the posters on here who usually give the advice to sellers can stop telling them to produce any label they are not using, in light of this new evidence...
