A tip for using Royal Mail Parcel Lockers
I hope you're not having stress trying to scan QR codes at Parcel Lockers. I have since they have been installed near where I live and where I work. Eventually, (I've phoned the Help desk so often) one assistant explained to me how to hold the code for scanning: "vertically and about a foot away". Pffft! like magic, it worked. This trick was not obvious to me so I'm thinking there must be others like me. RM need to demonstrate and elucidate this simple "how to".
