Withdraw Funds Not Working
Hello all!
Hoping for some assistance; for the last 24 hours, I haven't been able to withdraw from my eBay balance. I've had no issues before, and I'm looking to make a partial withdrawal from my balance. Every time I click the amount and select withdraw on the computer, it takes me back to the payments summary page. On the app, it just shows a spinning wheel that doesn't seem to time out.
Is anyone else having issues?
Thanks in advance!

OP6 days agoHi Richard,
It started working the next day. Upon further checks, it turned out that an update was needed on my Android phone, which completed automatically overnight. It seems this was what was causing the app's performance to degrade.
Thanks,
AA
