Unable to withdraw from eBay balance
Summary: ant-192566 is unable to withdraw money from their eBay balance despite a successful sale and positive feedback from the buyer. eBay is requesting a tracking number for a completed order, which is causing confusion as the order does not appear in the system. tressygirl explains that as a new seller, there might be a hold on the payout for up to 30 days to ensure no issues arise. jonatjonatjonat inquires about the shipping method, and it is confirmed that the eBay Simple Delivery label was used. The consensus is that the issue likely stems from being a new seller.
I recently made a sale which went through perfectly buyer is happy left positive feedback and the money is current in my eBay balance however I am not allowed to withdraw it as eBay keeps asking for a tracking number for an order that has been completed and registered as delivered and has a tracking number which I cannot amend and when I click on the link the order does not show so I don't get how I'm mean to resolve the issue and finally be allowed to withdraw the money. It also always shows an error. Please I need help I would like to withdraw this money.

·2 weeks agoeBay messages are sometime not too clear in what they are trying to explain.
You are a new seller, so you payout from initial sales will not be available for withdrawal immediately, as eBay wish to see not only items delivered safely, but that no refunds and case will be opened, so new sellers are subject to longer payout holds, sometimes up to 30 days.
This link below explains payout holds:
