Unable to change my bank details
How poor is eBay customer service? Got now? The app won’t let you contact them anymore. Unable to change my bank details for pay. And they are un contactable on both apps and desktop when going into Contact us keeps throwing you back to the Help screen very disappointed eBay

I was checking for you there, and it looks like you've recently updated your bank details successfully. Now, you'd need to wait up to 48 hours for these changes to take effect. Once that happens, your payouts will resume as long as your new bank account is all good.

·3 weeks agoYou cannot add new bank details with the app, you need a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that works well, then change bank details here:

After adding the new details, it can take around 5 days for eBay to verify the new details.

·3 weeks agoNew, Occasional, Intermittent/Returning sellers should be aware that they are liable to have listing limits and payment holds for 14 and up to 30 days as per policy --- using a PC/Laptop, you can update Banking details here >
