"There was an issue processing your request"
The Seller made me an offer, which I accepted, but I then got the above response, preventing me checking out.
Contacted eBay and "spoke" to a BOT - no human was available - that, after 20 minutes, told me I needed to contact my bank...
What's the "issue", and how to fix it?

Thank you for your post.
This could of been an intermittent issue at the time you tried to make payment. Try clearing cache, cookies, signing out and back in and try again to see if that helps.
