Registered in the the UK, But figures are in Dollars

My new business seller account is registered in the UK, and Seller Hub shows “Seller level (Region: UK)”, but all Seller Hub sales and fee figures use US dollars as the billing currency. The account has never listed or sold anything. Has anyone else had this, and will it change once I list my first product?

Are you sure that you haven't registered on the US site www.ebay.com as that will default to USD $$$ ? --- Check that you are logged into the UK www.ebay.co.uk site.
