Refund to OnePay card
Hello. Could you tell me: if I return an item purchased using a "OnePay" bank card, will I be able to get the funds back onto that same card? I’ve heard that eBay has issues with issuing refunds specifically to this bank.

Hi @cerni9711 , thanks for your post.
All refunds are sent back to the payment method that was used at the time of purchase, so if you were able to issue a payment with the card in question, you should be able to receive refunds no problem. Should you have any issues after we send the refund, you'd need to double check with them, as we can only control the sending the refund part.
