QR Code is a SCAM!
If anyone receives a message from a buyer saying they have bought an item and asking you to scan a QR code. Please do not scan this qr code; it will ask you to enter bank details and how much is in your bank. The website it will lead you to is not a legitimate eBay website and it will try to take all the money out of your account if you input your bank details!

Yes, we've seen some members reporting this very same issue, and we've flagged it with our security team.
Buyers do not get QR codes to send you through messages to scan, so reiterate what you said above, and leave this here for others to see in an effort to make everyone aware, we would advise not to click on anything in that message and if possible forward it to spoof@ebay.co.uk
