Postage label refund?
Hi
A buyer requested a cancellation minutes after he bought an item from me
I accepted straight away then noticed the funds had been taken from my eBay account
I rang customer service who told me my funds would be fully reimbursed within 24 / 48 hours ( maybe I should have waited for the buyers money to arrive first before I sent a refund? )
I can actually see the amount as pending
The issue I have is the fee was taken straight away for a pre paid postage label I haven’t printed or used obviously
Will this be reimbursed at the same time?
This is not showing as pending refund?
