paypal payments

i buy things on ebay and usually have no problems paying with paypal but i have noticed my paypal acccount is negative now and hasnt been making payments frpm my bank i want to pay off this areaers but cant seem to do so any solutions please

If your PayPal account is in a negative balance you would need to reach out to PayPal directly to resolve having this paid. They are a separate company to eBay so can only be discussed with them.
