payments - updating card details
hi there guys, I need some help. I've been late on payment and my account has been put on hold.
when i go to make the "one of payment" eBay doesn't or cant verify my new card. ive tried two different debit cards still nothing.

·1 week agoOngoing Ebay problem-i'm having the same verification issues along with many others. Nothing we can do our end. My payouts are on hold until i can pay my sellers fees-which i cannot do because of this problem.

·1 week agoDo the debit cards have more than 6 months validity? Also take care how you enter the date.
eBay require the month and the year for expiry. For example May 2025 should be written 05/26.
Use a laptop / PC and try Chrome, don't use the app or mobile browser to manage this.
