Payment Not Refunded

Hello!
Someways ago I try to send a Parcel to Someone. I didn't sign up eBay Buyer account. I just try to Place order as a Guest and add all details of my Client and in Billing I added my details and my Card details.
Later When I try to Pay eBay shows error and Order is not Placed But eBay Cut Payments 2 Times. Today is 1 Sep and I didn't receive my Refunds Yet from eBay. I don't have any Order detail or anything else. I just have Statement and shows eBay cuts Payments 2 Times. I have just this. Later I want to call eBay so I sign up eBay buyer account and put all my details and then I call eBay and tell everything and tell all things and eBay support member tell me You will receive your refund on 27 to 28 Aug but I didn't receive it yet. So Kindly help me if anyone knows about this Problem.

I suggest you try ebay customer service again and if they can't help, go to the bank for help.

OP3 days agoI call Bank Support Team and they Said You can go to eBay and get ARN Number So Bank easily Tell eBay and get your Payment Refund.

I've seen the issue that you're referring to before. And while I would need more information to give you a better answer, if you see 2 charges, one of them wouldn't really be a charge, the funds are just being held by your bank and then they get automatically released after certain amount of days (the length would depend on each bank).
The other charge you see, it should be the payment of the transaction, yes. And in that case, the transaction would've definitely been completed. In that scenario, you should've received at least one email address with the order details (even if you ordered as a guest)
If you don't see any email with your order details, it is possible to you've used a secondary email address (not the one you usually use for everything), try checking any secondary email address that you may have, or even one from a family member or friend that you could've used (sometimes customer user their friend or a family member email address), and that's why they don't get to see it until they check with them.
No email means no order was placed, and in that case I can guarantee you no payment would've been taken from us. In that case you won't be able to get an ARN number as no payment was taken, and no refund was issued because no payment was made originally. If this is the case, and you still see 2 charges then both charges are being held and will be released eventually by your bank. However, based on what you explained above, I am almost certain that it is a case of a guest order, you'd need to find that email.
If you find the email, please let me know the item number, and I would be happy to check that for you. Please note that if the order was placed, the item might show up at your delivery address, eventually.

You need a verified Selling account and UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to list items and send, receive and request payments ---Best use a PC/Laptop to make changes --- can take a few days to verify .>

If you have problems with that contact your payment provider direct and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
