Payment hold after updating bank details
So, everything with verified with my bank via banking app, codes sent and bank linked to eBay. Verified previous bank account. All this done and eBay still lock me out for withdrawing funds for 48 hours after waiting 3 days for payment. What is the absolute point of all this verification if we still have to wait 48 hours until we can withdraw funds? I am just sick of this platform in general. Next time we will sell on Facebook marketplace!!!

·3 weeks agoWith a break from sales, Returning sellers should be aware that they are liable to have listing limits and payment holds for 14 and up to 31 days as per policy --- check that your your Banking details are still up to date here >

Verifying your banking details doesn't exempt you from other payments on hold policies, while you might keep your account in compliance while doing this, holds may still apply depending on other factors like account activities, open cases, etc.
