I've just double checked for you, and you have your notification for this disabled. Please click here, to head to your communication preferences and scroll down to selling activity. From there you can tick or untick the boxes for whichever notification you want to or don't want to receive, in this case, you want to tick the "item sold" box.
If you are using the app, make sure your phone notification settings are enabled for the eBay app as well.
