Not receiving the full amount sold?
Summary: impersonator60 is concerned about not receiving the full expected amount from an eBay sale. They expected £30 after deductions but only received £25.81, and they're unsure about any additional fees. cobwebcottage and papso22 suggest checking the order details and transaction report in the seller hub for a breakdown of the fees.
So I just sold 3 items, one is still due to be delivered the other has payment pending, but the one I'm concerned about is the final one. It's been delivered I've received the money but not the amount it should be I sold it for £35, the buyer pays postage and I also promoted it with ebay. After the total deductions (including VAT) I should've got £30 in my ebay balance instead I got £25.81! what's up with that? Is there a fee I'm missing that hasnt been stated. I'm new to all this so any help would be good

Hi @impersonator60 , thanks for your post.
I've just double checked this for you, and everything seems to be correct. Please note that when you receive payments for item you sells, part of those payments may be deducted if you have outstanding labels, refunds, fees, etc.
As advised by others above, please go to your payments tab on your seller hub, and click on all transactions, there you will be able to see a full breakdown of your transactions including any deductions, and you will be able to see what happened.
Thank you,
Marco

·3 weeks agoIf you hover over the photo of the sold item, you will see 'order details'. This will give you all of the details of the transaction and fees paid.
You can also go into the payment tab from your seller hub to see details.
