If you've already done this, and you haven't yet been refunded, escalate after 3 days for your refund.

·1 week agoClick on your purchase. Choose 'more actions' on the right hand side and then 'I didn't receive my item' from the drop down.
No need to message the seller. Just let the case take its course.
