Missing Payout
Summary: bluebottleneccles initiated a discussion about a scheduled payout that was not received on the expected date of June 27. Has anyone else NOT received their scheduled payout today?.
My payout was scheduled to be sent today, 27th June but has not been sent to my bank.
Is anyone else facing a similar situation today?. Is this a known issue?. Any replies from anyone else who is in the same situation would be really helpful.

A delay with payouts over the weekend was escalated with our tech team. They have confirmed it as resolved and payouts should be showing as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

·1 month agoSame here. I requested a payout at 5.30am, it is still in progress. Usually transfers within minutes. Also, all sales from yesterday marked as to be completed by 27 June are still processing.

OP1 month agoI just checked and mine is still in progress. Mine usually arrives pretty much instantly, too. It is absolutely disgusting and beyond frustrating. It is hard to believe that over 7 hours later they are still trying to fix these issues. I am seriously thinking of quitting ebay.

OP1 month agoI cannot understand why anyone from ebay has not replied to this thread to explain what is happening.
I am currently waiting for £282.85 to appear in my bank account. This paymout is currently showing as "processing" and has been showing this status for over 5 hours!. I really hope i have not lost this money but right now i do not know.
I will post in this thread if and when i receive my payout. Please can others do the same.

OP1 month agoIt is a past a joke. I am waiting for £282.85 to appear in my bank account. I am hoping i haven't lost this money, but, right now, i don't know.

·1 month agoOne of mine has just gone through, but not the second one which was actually sent by accident as i thought the first one had failed, but had duplicated by mistake.

·1 month agoI made a payout but didn't work so i made the payout again and now it's done the same payout TWICE but the payout still hasn't been transfered to my back, defo some sort of glitch today. I'm also not seeing the views on my listings just the amount of watchers so ebay glitchy in lots of ways today it seems. :/

·1 month agoThe money won't be lost i'm sure but this needs sorting asap, site wide glitches in lots of ways today, ebay say they are aware yet give no timeframe on when it'll be sorted. As a platform Ebay is going down hill in lots of ways and lots of sellers(myself included) are nearly done with this site, time to seek out other platforms that don't bury your listing if you don't give them even more of your money to promote, bring back pre covid ebay!

OP1 month agoi'm just keeping my fingers crossed as £282 is a lot of money to lose if i don't get it. it's hard to believe it is taking over 7 hours to fix these issues. like you, i am thinking of packing up selling on ebay.

·1 month agoSame here ,also no ebay message to say the payout has been successful ,phoned ebay and they said it had left ebay and the no message was a glitch they are aware of ,been 4 hours now and it's usually instant

·1 month agoMine was ready to be paid today 27th so i initiated it early this morning but I had to do it 3 times before it said "Paid" I have not had an email to say its paid and nothing in bank.

OP1 month agoexactly the same with me. it took 3 times with me and then no email to say its paid and nothing in my bank. i hope we haven't lost our money. let's keep each other updated when we receive anything?

·1 month agoHi, My daily payout for today _Sunday 28th - also hasn't arrived. When i go to my payouts section it states - "Next payout on Mon 29 Jun". So it looks like todays payout hasn't been made and won't be made for whatever reason
