is it me or are sales taking longer to process

it seems that money from sales is taking 2 days to process now , normally if a sale happens before 10pm i can have the money ready to transfer to my account the next day. any one else have this issue?

·1 month agoim a top rated seller of 18 years 100% feedback . the top of the top of sellers ..but im having the same issues .. 2 days to get paid out and now on nearly every return case . item doesnt fit. just dont like it .etc etc there putting my money on hold . never happened until about 3 months ago . ebays staff have even stated its not right as it will put one hold on a item but not on another yet have the both same reason on retuning them . i sell used car parts .. Just dont like it isnt a valid excuss to me on a return but ebay think this is right .. lets be honest you mean youve used it and now sending it back .. but im the one footing the bills even ebay saying ive to cover return postage on large items when ebay is the one whos told the buyer they fit under there guarantee fit . its a joke

·1 month agoThis has now just started happening to me. Its hard to continue to buy stock with the payments now being delayed. If i sold anything before 10pm the funds would be in the bank the next morning! Now its the day after! Ebay need to Get this sorted

·2 months agoI also noticed this lately, usually any sales I make within the day it gets ready to be withdrawn at 11:59 or 12 midnight. Now it takes a full 24hrs to be readily withdrawn. So frustrating when it was smooth back then and now ebay is taking their time.

·2 months ago · EditedEBay are absolutely taking *** with their paying system of late, I sell something, it tells me there’s abnormal activity on my account, there’s not, so I’m not getting paid until it’s delivered, then when delivery is confirmed I got to wait 2 extra days for it to get into my eBay account then 2 more days unti it goes into my bank account, so it’s a week at least, then somehow because I accepted an offer I’m the one paying the buyer protection Fees???? Why am I paying that? Joke, thankfully I don’t sell often and after this fiasco it’ll be even less.

·3 months agoI'm actually using eBay balance, then transferring money to my bank when I need it. I've had a few payments go slow recently and, a strange one where I think instead of using my bank to do a refund, they may have taken it from my eBay balance? The list of what's gone on is confusing

·5 months agoYes, ebay seem to be dragging their feet for the last month or so, seems to take a couple of days to appear in available spend, and then another couple of days to actually be sent to your nominated bank. Things have been quite punctual up til last month.

·7 months agoYes, some sellers have noticed this recently. eBay payments can sometimes take a bit longer to process depending on the payment review, bank processing times, or weekends. In many cases the funds still arrive, just a day later than usual. If it continues for several payouts, it may be worth checking your payment settings or contacting eBay support.

Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for funds to hit your bank account, while typically funds are in your bank account within 24 hours, sometimes it can take longer than this due to banks processing times, so it wouldn't really be an issue.

As far as I understand it, the original post was about the time taken to process Sales prior to them being available to withdraw, not about them arriving in the bank account after withdrawal, so this answer does not seem relevant. It is not about payments to the bank account. It is about a Sale being processed so that paying in to the bank account can take place.
That processing normally happens within hours as media-bundles-mogul stated in the original post.
I have noticed this weekend a delay in processing my sales of the last two days (I was hoping to withdraw them to my account before the end of today, but can't). I am assuming it has something to do with Easter and hopefully will be resolved tomorrow.

I understand where you are coming from, but since this is in the payments board, and the member is referring to the processing times of sales (money wise), I believe the above is correct. Should this be wrong, or if the OP is referring to something else, they can clarify it, and then I'd happily assist them further.

I am sorry but I have read the OP again and I think its fairly clear that the OP was about the processing of sales by Ebay PRIOR to any withdrawal to a bank account. Mine were finally processed early this morning, so I guess the Easter holiday caused a slight delay in the Ebay processing system for some reason.
