Hi @re208879 , thanks for your post.
I've just checked for you, and it looks like your payouts are on hold due to issues with your selling costs payment method. There is a red banner in your account indicating this for you, if you go to that red banner and click on "Add payment method" you can add the method of your preference and that will resolve the issue for you.

·3 weeks agoIt may well not resolve the issue though if it is the same issue i'm having with debit cards not being verified for selling costs-a lot of us are experiencing the same verification issues for valid cards & bank accounts. Ebay have just closed my complaint as they said my card was not accepted as a valid payment method for selling fees-meanwhile the very same card was accepted as a payment method for 'Offers sent'-so it is clearly an Ebay problem and not a card problem. I now cannot sell as Ebay will with hold payments as no sellers fee payment option is added. Useless. Others having the same issue whilst adding different cards as well so definitely not a card issue but an Ebay system failure.

·3 weeks agoI just change my bank and account on eBay and when I wanted to transfer the money from eBay I received a message “Delayed payouts due to compliance checks”. 4 days passed since then. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

·3 weeks agoI am facing similar issue payout has been initiated but it has been more than 5 days its still "In Progress". I have been in contact with Customer services agent where each one has their own story. If you have find any solution kindly do share it.

·3 weeks agoWhen you change bank details it usually takes 5 working days for eBay to verify those details, they of course need to know it's the genuine owner changing those vital details, and the account is not being hacked.
Sometimes, perhaps due to a backlog of checks, an account can take longer to verify, as your eBay message you received explains, it is taking a little longer.
Nothing you can do to speed up the process. It's a security measure for your account, and unfortunately some take longer than others before payouts are made available.

·3 weeks agoThanks for your reply. The thing is, I haven’t changed my bank details. I’ve been receiving payouts to the same account without any issues, but this time I’ve suddenly faced this problem.
I’ve contacted eBay Customer Support several times, but unfortunately I’ve received different answers from different agents and each one has different version.

·3 weeks agoI've just had a look at your items and I think the problem lies with your wrongly registered eBay account.
You are using a Private account to sell, this is for members selling their unwanted used items, such as a garage, wardrobe, attic clear out.
You are selling all Brand New items, so in quantity numbers this means you should be registered as a Business Account.
Looks very much like eBay have spotted this , and will hold your payouts until you're correctly registered.
It's easy to do, see here:
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
