items sold, paid for and then not dispatched for weeks on end
this particular one is 16 days and counting
surely it would be better for all parties if funds were not taken till a couriers scan is provided
as a seller as well as a buyer this would cause me some problems but then its up to me to dispatch in good time
thoughts anyone?

Sorry, but I don't understand exactly what the issue is here? Is it the funds being held until the item has been delivered, or you have held funds for a cancelled order or an order you cannot cancel, or is this an item not received case?
