·1 month agoCheck your account settings using a PC/Laptop and these links --- need an updated Selling account and UK based Banking details on file in order to send, receive and request payments >

·3 weeks agoThis is not the problem-the problem is Ebay will not verify the card details needed for selling fees. I'm having exactly the same problem myself-even though my bank details are correct and valid-and the card details that were on file have now been removed because Ebay cannot verify the card-even though that one was also on file & valid. Ebay says my bank account is ineligible for selling fees-god knows why. I use it & the valid debit card nearly every day. Others having the same problem so is definitely an Ebay glitch which still needs sorting.
