eBay deduct from my payment without reason??
Hi dear all,
can anyone tell me please how to contact customer service via email , please share email of eBay customer service?
As I have been charged £3.95 for postage while my buyer already send me pre paid postage label.
I am upset why eBay duduct from my money 3.95?
I am trying to search on google how to contact eBay customer service but couldn’t find , please help guys??

Hi @mehwishc_33 , thanks for your post.
The charge you see in your account is due to a shipping label.
If you have outstanding balances for fees, refunds, or shipping labels, these amounts will be deducted from the payouts of your transactions.
If you go to your payments section here, and go through your breakdown, you can see what the charge is for (shipping label) and what transaction it was related to as well, so this one looks correct.
If you didn't use that label, you can try voiding it from here, but please note that if the label was used or older than 14 days, you might not be able to void it at this stage.
