Hello,
I tried contacting ebay several times but dont seem to have any luck there.
I sold an item which ebay then automatically created tracking detail for, i shipped the item and waited until the end of the week to try remove the funds. It seems i cant remove the funds until the item has shown in the tracking as delivered. I cant update the tracking detail to show the correct tracking detail which shows the item has been delivered, i cant seem to do anything at the stage.
To be fair its likely been a year since i sold anything on ebay but i dont remember this kind of hassle when i did, any idea how i get unstuck?

·1 week agoIf you didn't use the Simple Delivery label that ebay supplied (and for some reason paid for additional postage at your own cost) then you can't update the tracking and will need to wait until at least 14 days past the last estimated delivery date to get paid for this order.
There may be further holds of up to 30 days if you are a returning seller.

·1 week agoAs you are not yet eligible for faster payments, payment should be released 14 days after date of sale (not 14 days after last estimated delivery date) subject to any additional holds:
Untracked, or tracked with missing delivery confirmation: Funds will be available 14 calendar days from the order date
