Disabled payout
My eBay Balance shows funds as “Available to withdraw”, it is definitely not "on hold" and my bank account is marked “Used for payouts”, but the Withdraw control is disabled (Grey) on both desktop and the app. What exactly is the issue?

·3 weeks agoEbay is getting worse-a lot of people only sell to make some instant cash-so withholding payments is a joke-it is not their's to withhold.
