Hello everyone,
I'd like to ask for advice from anyone who has had this experience. I've submitted all the documentation required by eBay to complete my account verification and unlock the payments.
At the moment, however, the payments are still blocked. Is this normal? How long did you have to wait after submitting the documents? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process, or should I just wait?

Thank you for your post.
It can take up to 3-5 business days to have the documents reviewed. As your account is on the Italian site if you have not had a reply after the 5 days it would be best to reach out to customer support through the contact us option on your account.

I wanted to let you know that I have already contacted customer support through the "Contact Us" section on the Italian site. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or updates from them yet, and my documents are still pending.
Could you please check if there is any way to escalate this issue, or advise on how I can get a direct update?

If they are still pending then they haven't been reviewed yet. The teams are normally dealing with high volumes and at times it can take a bit longer. They are not phone based teams and they will send communication to you by email once it is completed.
