If you mean you cancelled the order by mistake, and want to undo the cancellation, I'm afraid you cannot undo the cancellation.
If you were the buyer, you will receive a refund after the cancellation is completed, and then you can place the order again, if you wish.
If you are the seller, you can try contacting the buyer and explain the situation, then they can place the order again, if they still want to ahead for the item.
