I’m trying to add a card for selling costs, but right now I’m getting an error that eBay couldn’t verify my details. My details are correct, and the card works, but when I made my first post, the "Add" button on eBay showed a spinning circle indefinitely after I authorised eBay in my banking app. I tried using Edge instead of Firefox, and the issue was also present in the Android mobile app. Hope this helps.

I wanted to let you know that eBay already had my card details on file. What worked was simply selecting the card from the Payments tab on my eBay page, rather than responding to the prompt in the message from eBay to add them again.

·1 month agoThis seems to be a technical issue on eBay's end. After submitting card details, the 'Add' button keeps looping, and nothing gets submitted. This happens across multiple browsers.
