How can I tell if its a genuine error?
How can I contact 'someone', as Iin a real person at ebay to get a reason why its happening - the 'Contact Ebay' send you round in circles

Mentor1 month agoYou've only got one recent feedback so ebay is probably classing you as a new member and put limits on your account. Adding a credit card to your ebay account for verification should help. In My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.
