Yodel delivered to a wrong door which I dont know where it is!

I contacted Yodel and they asked me to contact the seller. Contacted seller but the seller is asking same question again and again with different wordings etc. Went back to Yodel and they are saying they can't do anything as its marked "delivered" and I need to contact seller.

Yodel posted a photo of a door which isn't mind. I showed it to the seller but the seller is avoiding and saying the same thing again "check around your house".

I can't even open a case on ebay as when I go to purchase history, then "more actions" and then when I click "I didn't receive it", it takes me back to the page where it says "Item delivered".

I have no idea what to do. This is frustrating. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Ask your neighbours in the area. If no joy contact ebay and see what they say. You can request a callback on here:
