Year to date total
Hello, I sold few items and couple of items were lost in delivery on the way to buyers, eBay refunded to the buyers and eBay said I don't have to reimburse eBay anything because it's covered by buyer protection policy. But why my year to date total amount dropped?? Sounds like eBay deducted from my fund! Can someone clarify please? Many thanks
