i have sold an item however wrongly entered postage as £800 instead of £8,00 and can not change with invoice

Mentor11 months agoI can't see the sale you mention in your sold items ,i presume the buyer hasn't paid so cancel the sale and relist with the correct postage and let the buyer know you are doing this so they may repurchase

Mentor11 months agoCancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
