I have sold an item and I sent buyer an email saying 'away on holiday so will be late posting it hope thats ok'
I got a message back says; This is not me someone on ebay is using my email address, i dont have ebay account;
I now dont knoe how to contact my buyer. tryed ebay help but no options about what I want to know

For future reference, you can't delay sending items out if you're on holiday. You need to use Time Away or end your listings, else you'll end up with late delivery defects.
