Wrong Tracking Number
I sold an item, it hass been delivered, signed for, positive feedback received but the tracking number is wrong.
I went though all the steps to update/change the tracking of the the item but the option is nowhere.
The customer/buyer does not have the option to mark as received/delivered either. So funds are not being released.
Uny haelp would be appreciated, i tried contact, chat and phone, it is all automated and doesn't understand the situation

Mentor2 weeks agoDid you use Simple Delivery? If not you cannot add your own tracking number, buyer cannot mark as received, you will just have to wait for money to be released.
Once you meet ebay’s requirements money is released within 24 hours.
