Wrong size sliders
Summary: 7g9c4-12 started a discussion about an issue with wrong size sliders, but neither the original post nor the responses from tressygirl and arkwebus contained any content.
Sliders bought in wrong size, so two hours later I contacted the seller to ask if I could stop the parcel being sent out? They replied saying just Too late, already sent out.
i said sorry for inconvenience. There was no help given their side. I want to leave a review but it won’t let me! It shows Private seller with their profile and no option to leave feedback…
the item says Excellent Condition but it is not Excellent, they were dirty.
can anyone advise please?

Mentor3 months agoIf you have received them and they are - indeed - dirty then despite "no returns" you can open a "not as described case".
You should get a label and a refund on return. Above all do not get into conversation/argument with the seller and do not close the case even if promised something! @7g9c4-12
You certainly can leave feedback as long as you are in time. "unsatisfactory transaction" would do ffine. "Feedback" is different to a review and you can find a link from your "purchases" in [your] "my eBay"

Mentor3 months agoIf this was a Private seller with a No Returns on their item, you cannot return them for a refund for the reason... Does Not Fit.
You say the items were dirty not in excellent condition, have you received the items?
