Wrong return address on RM label

My primary address is correct on ebay.
Recieved multiple orders

I do not understand why my previous address of over 2 years ago is being printed on my Royal Mail label (I am giving free postage)
Gone round and round in circles on the help pages.
My address is correct.
Is there an email for ebay ?
I do not have any info/access to returns dashboard either. Maybe because I as a seller do not give returns

Mentor1 month agoWhen you change address, there are 5 different ones,
Post from, return to, etc.
You have to change them all, it's not automatic.

Can you tell me if the Dispatch address is my home address ?. I did change it, but dispatch suggests an adddress I am sending too 🤔

Mentor1 month agoDispatch FROM is your home address. You would never put a buyers address on your personal details.
