Wrong postage QR code generated
Hello
A postage QR code has been generated for Evri, but we don't have Evri in our area, I am on Skye in Scotland.
I need to change it to Royal Mail, can this be done?

Mentor1 month agoYou need to remove Evri as a postage option, else this will keep happening. You can do that via this link (you'll need to do it via desktop, not the app):

With this transaction you have a couple of options; you can let your buyer know that you'll need to cancel it and relist (after changing your postage option, of course) and they can re-purchase, or pay for a Royal Mail postage label yourself and send it to them.

Mentor1 month agoMore info. needed as it makes a lot of difference to how you deal with this.
Of course you can buy RM postage, but you need to know that the Evri cost will not need to be paid as well. Then there is the problem of adding R M tracking.
