Wrong postage label for QR Code
I sold a doll and took the doll with the QR Code to the post office the girl scanned the QR Code then told me that she couldn’t accept this as the box was to big to send by Royal Mail? Because she scanned the QR Code I can’t cancel this and I need to request a new QR code for a different courier and I have no idea how to do this? Can anyone help?
